This fully remote controlled air-conditioned (from January 2005) 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment comprises of 2 twin bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own access to the extra large terrace and both bedrooms have free-standing electric heaters for cooler seasons.
The kitchen features all modern conveniences including full size oven and hob with extractor hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric juicer etc. There is a full size washing machine and separate tumble dryer located in a small utility room opposite the kitchen.
The remote controlled air conditioned lounge/dining room is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player CD/Radio/Cassette player. Seating in the lounge/dining room seats approx 8-10 people. The lounge also accesses the terrace which is equipped with a charcoal barbeque.
Our large terrace benefits from sunshine throughout the day and if you are someone that likes to sit in the shade you can do so under a lovely large overhanging tree. The terrace also boasts uninterrupted views of the sea. The renowned 'La Veranda' restaurant is only a mere stroll from the apartment. The nearest swimming pool which comprises of an outdoor heated pool, a large swimming pool and children's pool is only 50 metres from our apartment.
The adjoining block comprises mini market, hair salon, nail bar and medical centre.
