This is a lovely old style Portuguese Villa set in the hills just outside of Albufeira. South facing with fabulous panoramic views, it sits in its own spacious plot with nicely landscaped gardens surrounding a salt water swimming pool and an old almond grove to its western side. The entire garden is fenced or walled creating a secure area for children to play and an exceptionally private sunbathing area.
A wonderful quiet, peaceful location, and yet it is no more than a 15-20 minute drive to many of the Algarve's beautiful sandy beaches and to the centre of Albufeira where you can enjoy all the facilities of an established resort.
It has been tastefully renovated by the owners, retaining its traditional feel, but combining a modern touch and creating a relaxing home from home environment.
The accommodation is very spacious. Its large south facing lounge is comfortably furnished with satellite TV, DVD and stereo system.
The split level kitchen/diner has a farmhouse style atmosphere and is fully equipped.
The villa sleeps 8, the sleeping accommodation consisting of 3 large bedrooms, all with beautiful views and a fourth sleeping area with a sofa bed on the first floor leading out onto a large roof terrace.
The master bedroom, situated on the ground floor leading out onto the south facing terrace, has a double bed with a mosquito net, separate closet area and an ensuite bathroom.
The two further bedrooms are situated on the first floor - one with a double and a single bed and the other with twin beds.
The bathrooms are both located on the ground floor - one family with bath/shower, wc, basin and bidet and the other is the ensuite with bath/shower, wc, basin and bidet.
There are large terraces both on the ground floor level and on the roof where you can sit and enjoy some of the most stunning sunsets.
The property is totally private and not in any way overlooked.
It is a truly perfect place for that "get away from it all" holiday.
