Villa Mokum is a large 3 bedroom villa furnished throughout to a very high standerd giving spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people. It is situated on the outskirts of Guia and is in easy walking distance of all local shops, bars and restaurants. The Villa is made up of a large living/dining room which has TV, DVD and CD player. A well equipped kitchen with breakfast table, fridge freezer, washing machine, fitted oven/ hob and micro wave. There are two double bedrooms and one twin, two bathroom with shower. Maid service is provided on a weekly basis with towels and bed linen provided. Outside is a large kidney shaped pool, covered terrace, barbeque area, gardens and sun terrace. Guia is situated 37 kilometers from FARO airport and can easily be reached by taxi or hire car. The nearest town to Guia is Albufeira which is the largest in the Algarve. Albufeira has many shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs all in easy reach by taxi. The beautiful beaches of Gale, Castelo and Sao Rafael are also close by. Algarve shopping centre is 3 kilometers away and is a large out of town centre offering many designer shops, cafés, multi screen cinema and a hypermarket. There are many other activities near by such as golf courses, water parks, Zoomarine and the Algarve Zoo. The ownership of the Villa has recently changed hands and the new owners have completely redecorated and refurbished throughout and with this in mind and the changing attitude of people in general there is a no smoking policy inside the Villa.
