Villa Casa Crisdell is a beautiful villa in the lovely family resort of Praia da Luz.
The villa has the benefit of being an older style property with loads of character and space but with the additional advantage of having been fully modernised to a very high standard.

It has the luxury of being only a 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the beach and shops and restaurants, but still retaining a very high degree of privacy being positioned in a no through road in an established residential area.

The villa and heated pool have fabulous sea views and the villa is air conditioned throughout.We have a table tennis table for the guests use.

Next to the pool is a wonderful covered barbeque and dining area, which stays really cool in the heat of the day. This area also has a fridge and a sink with hot and cold water making poolside dining and drinking very convenient.

The villa itself has 5 bedrooms 3 on the lower ground floor and 2 on the upper ground (same level as the pool). The master double bedroom is very large with a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom including bath, stand-alone shower and twin sinks. This bedroom along with the twin and double on the lower ground floor have double doors opening onto the grass garden area. The twin and double on this lower floor share use of a family bathroom.
The fourth and fifth bedrooms (a twin and double) are on the upper ground floor both with double doors leading onto the area around the pool.
The double room has fabulous sea views. These two bedrooms share use of a family bathroom.

All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes and the bathrooms are all newly fitted with luxury fittings.

On the first floor there is a very large light airy lounge with two sets of double doors opening to a wonderful large terrace with lovely views to the sea.
The lounge has ample seating for 12 people on brand new leather sofas and a new large screen TV, DVD,Video,snd PS2 (don't forgrt your favorite games and DVD's) which are connected to satellite including sky sports and children’s channels, plus a midi music system. We also have a full bookcase for guests to enjoy and table tennis table.
Adjacent to the lounge is the dining room which seats 10 around the brand new dining room table and chairs.
On the various terraces there are 3 large dining tables, one under cover in the BBQ area, and one with an oz shade for cover.

There is also a brand new large kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave,coffee maker, toaster etc. All the appliances are new including granite worktops.
A washing machine, tumble dryer and iron are available.

On the first floor there is also a cloakroom with toilet and basin.
All the bedrooms and the lounge have air conditioning and heating and dehumidifying available at a small supplement.
There is also a log burning stove should the evenings get too cold and all the air conditioning units double up as heaters!

The pool terrace is large and well equipped with numerous sun-loungers and parasols. There is also a poolside toilet and shower.
There is a regular maid service (3 days a week) and babysitting can be arranged and a welcome pack of food essentials can be organised for your arrival on request.

There is secure off road parking for 4 cars.

Praia da Luz is a lovely family orientated resort towards the quieter Western end of the Algarve coast. The beach is long and sandy and backed by a beautiful palm tree lined promenade and also has a lovely rock pool area. It has numerous restaurants, bars and shops. The larger town of Lagos is only a 10-minute drive away and this has a more cosmopolitan nightlife along with a lovely marina, loads more restaurants and shops and several sandy beaches. The Algarve is famous for its fabulous golf courses and the closest are Boavista and Parque da floresta which are both a 5 minute drive.

As Casa Crisdell is so close to all these amenities car hire is not essential although we would recommend it to allow exploration of the lovely Algarve coastline, mountains and towns.
