The townhouse has 2 bedrooms, a spacious master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom on the first floor, and a guest bedroom with twin beds and an adjacent shower room on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have an air-conditioning unit. Leading off the living room is a paved terrace, part of which is shaded by a pergola. There is a charcoal BBQ for leisurely outdoor meals. Beyond the terrace is a south facing and private sunny garden with an outlook to pine woodlands. The kitchen has been completely renewed and is equipped to a very high standard. The living room and dining area have been furnished in a Portuguese rustic style.

Dunas Douradas is a luxury development situated on the Algarve coast, between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. It is 25 minutes from Faro airport and is within walking distance of the long white sandy beach and a number of restaurants.

Golfers will appreciate the proximity of a number of superb golf courses and will benefit from golf discounts obtained through Dunas Douradas.

Within a few minutes walk from the property, is the Dunas Douradas main Clubhouse. This has 2 tennis courts and a huge outdoor swimming pool. The pool bar also caters for lunch snacks (closed in winter time) and an excellent restaurant, Xenia, open all year for dinner (except for a winter holiday break for the proprietors).

The resort has 24 hr reception facility and there is round the clock security. The villa is managed locally and maid service is provided daily except Saturday and Sunday. Extra maid service can be arranged at additional cost. A complete linen change is provided twice a week. Cots and highchairs can be provided upon request, at an extra charge. There are 2 stairgates available in the townhouse, free of charge.

Although maximum occupancy is 4 people, there is a fold up bed that could accommodate another person or child, if necessary. Please request this. There is no additional charge for this, but it will restrict space in bedrooms.

For winter bookings, electric blankets can be provided for the beds. In addition to the air conditioning system which can also provide heat, there are electric wall heaters. All beds have duvets for the cooler weather.
