This villa has a terrace with a large table and 8 chairs. Also there are two sun beds. The two steps down from the patio lead into the communal gardens. The terrace looks onto these gardens and further onto the tennis courts. A BBQ is available and here you cabn grill and enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden.

Through the patio doors there is a spacious lounge wand dining room with a high ceiling keeping the villa cool during the day. There is also an air conditioning unit if you should need it. This year 2009 we have put a smaller air conditioning unit into the main bedroom which helps in the warm summer months. Much of the furniture is wood. there is a built in seating ares, a settee and a bed settee which can be used for additional sleeping facilities.

The kitchen has recently been modernised and is well equipped for six people.

There are two bedrooms, a twin bedded room and a double bedded room with on suite facilities from the double bedded room. Both bedrooms and the lounge have fans which can also be used if necessary.

There is a Cable Tv and a video player and a dvd player available. Also a hi fi centre with some CDs there. We have some videos and games for the children in the rooms also.

New bathrooms have been installed this year (2008)
